    Simple Sweet corn masala with step by step pictures. Delicious sweet corn masala taste delicious with roti.

    Sweet Corn Masala

    This is an easy and delicious side dish which is made in less than 30 mins or so. It taste heavenly with roti or paratha.

    Ingredients for Corn Masala

    Sweet corn 
    Oil 
    Onion 
    Garam Masala Powder 
    Salt and little sugar
    Tomatoes
    Garlic
    Dry Red Chillies

    Aloo Butter Masala
    Paneer Cashew Curry
    Gobi Kofta Curry
    Paneer Jalfrezi
    Paneer Tikka Masala
    Dum Aloo
    Paneer Butter Masala

    Corn Masala Preparation

    • Take all the ingredients for puree in a blender and puree till smooth.
    • Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions and saute till golden.
    • Add the tomato puree and cook till oil separates from it.
    • Add salt, sugar and garam masala and mix well.
    • sweet corn and stir for a min.
    • Add water and cook for 3 to 4 whistle.
    • Serve with roti.

    Ingredients

    • Sweet corn - 1.5 cup
    • Oil - 3 tblspn
    • Onion - 1 medium sliced thinly
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - ¼ tsp
    • For Puree:
    • Tomatoes - 2 large
    • Garlic - 4 cloves
    • Dry Red Chilli - 3 to 4

    Instructions

    • Take all the ingredients for puree in a blender and puree till smooth.
    • Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions and saute till golden.
    • Add the tomato puree and cook till oil separates from it.
    • Add salt, sugar and garam masala and mix well.
    • Add sweet corn and stir for a min.
    • Add water and cook for 3 to 4 whistle.
    • Serve with roti.

    Sweet Corn Masala Step by Step

    Take tomatoes in a blender with garlic and chillies

     

    puree till smooth

     

    heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions

     

    cook till golden

     

    add tomato puree

     

    cook till it thickens

     

    add garam masala powder

     

    add salt and sugar

     

    mix well

     

    add corn

     

    mix well

     

    add water and pressure cook

     

    now it is done
