Sweet Corn Masala Recipe

This is a easy and delicious sidedish which is made in less than 30 mins or so. It taste heavenly with roti or paratha.

120 Vegetarian Sidedishes for Chapati, Roti, Pulao

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time :30 mins
Serves: 4


Ingredients:

Sweet corn – 1.5 cup
Oil – 3 tblspn
Onion – 1 medium sliced thinly
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1/4 tsp


For Puree:
Tomatoes – 2 large
Garlic – 4 cloves
Dry Red Chilli – 3 to 4

Method:

Take all the ingredients for puree in a blender and puree till smooth.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions and saute till golden.

Add the tomato puree and cook till oil separates from it.

Add salt, sugar and garam masala and mix well.

Add sweet corn and stir for a min.

Add water and cook for 3 to 4 whistle.

Serve with roti.
