Tzatziki is a greek sauce, which is normally served with grilled meats in greece. It is made with a combination of thick and rich greek yogurt, garlic, cucumber and olive oil. A creamy and really cooling sauce i would say.
I made this few days back and served with my grilled chicken and it was yum..I had some leftover which i served with a pilaf rice which i made and it was yummy too. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
