I don't make or love soups a lot, but i am eating a lots of it now just for my baby and my due date is getting a lot closer. This is one of the soup which i make often nowadays, because it has lots of veggies in it, so i think it is a healthy soup. I am planning to make tons of other soup too, so keep on checking my blog.

Ingredients for Vegetable Milk Soup Recipe
Butter :
A little fat, usually in the form of butter or olive oil, is required to make a hearty soup. Fat is also a flavour carrier and aids in the browning of vegetables.
Green Chilli:
The green chillies in cooked or raw form give a fiery hot flavor. To reduce the fiery hot flavor the seeds and inner membranes could be removed which is effective at reducing the heat of the pod.
Cornstarch / Cornflour:
Soups are a tasty and nutritious way to consume meat and vegetables. Dont worry if your soup is a little thin; simply thicken it with a small amount of flour or corn flour. In just 5 minutes, you'll have a thicker, ready-to-eat soup.
How to Make Vegetable Milk Soup Recipe
- Heat butter in a pan. Add in chopped veggies and green chilli. Saute for 5 mins till the raw smell leaves from the veggies.
- Add in salt and sugar and mix well.
- Now pour in water and bring that to a boil. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 mins.
- Now add in milk. Season with pepper and mix well.
- Add in the cornflour slurry and mix well.
- Boil it for 2 to 3 mins.
- Serve hot.

Ingredients
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Vegetables - 1 cup finely chopped I used carrots, beans, cabbage, peas
- Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
- Salt to taste

- Water as needed
- Milk - ½ cup
