I dont make or love soups a lot, but i am eating a lots of it now just for my baby and my due date is getting a lot closer. This is one of the soup which i make often nowadays, because it has lots of veggies in it, so i think it is a healthy soup. I am planning to make tons of other soup too, so keep on checking my blog.
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serves - 3 to 4
Butter - 1 tsp
Vegetables - 1 cup finely chopped(I used carrots, beans, cabbage, peas)
Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Water as needed
Milk - ½ cup
Pepper to taste
Cornstarch / Cornflour - 2 tsp mixed with water
Heat butter in a pan. Add in chopped veggies and green chilli. Saute for 5 mins till the raw smell leaves from the veggies.
Add in salt and sugar and mix well.
Now pour in water and bring that to a boil. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 mins.
Now add in milk. Season with pepper and mix well.
Add in the cornflour slurry and mix well.
Boil it for 2 to 3 mins.

|Melt butter in a kadai|
|Add all chopped veggies in this|
|Add green chillies|
|Season with some salt and sugar|
|Saute for a while|
|Cook till the raw smell goes away|
|Pour in some water|
|Bring it to boil|
|Cover and cook|
|Now add in milk|
|Add in cornflour slurry|
|Season with pepper|
|Cook for a couple of mins|
