Bhatura is my favourite, i make them atleast once in a week or two week. Traditionally bhatura is made with yeast, but trust me i have have never used yeast in my bhaturas. I always add baking soda or powder in my bhatura. I have already shared a bhatura recipe in my website and this is my bhatura recipe using wheat flour..

I use baking soda / cooking soda in bhatura, but i found  that adding baking powder in bhatura makes it so tasty and gives a light bhatura. So try it this way.
