    Mango Iced Tea Recipe

    Mango Iced Tea Recipe

    I totally love iced tea, my favorite is the lemon iced tea from nestle brand. But oneday i tried my hands on homemade one and it was totally yummy. I will soon share my version of homemade lemon iced tea. You can check out my other mango recipes and drinks recipes too.

    I mentioned that i was in mood for all things drinks lately. I had few mangoes on hand, so i was thinking what to try with those. Suddenly this recipe came to my mind. Immediately tried it, it tastes so yum. So try this out and let me know how it turned out for you.

    Ingredients for Mango Tea Recipe

    • 2 Ripe Mangoes 
    • 2 teaspoon Tea Powder 
    • ¼ cup Sugar
    • 1 Lemon
    • Ice Cubes
    • Cold Water

    How to Make Mango Tea Recipe

    1. Peel mangoes. Take mangoes in a blender and puree till smooth. Set aside. 
    2. Heat water, bring it to a boil. Once it boils, add tea powder and boil for 3 mins. Add sugar and mix well. Take it off the heat. Cover and let it steep for 10 mins. Add lemon juice to this and strain the mixture. Set aside in fridge so it gets cold.
    3. Mix tea mix and mango puree. mix well. Add more cold water as needed.
    4. Take a serving glass, fill with ice cubes. Pour the tea and serve immediately.

    Mango Tea Recipe Step by Step Pictures

     
    Take your ingredients

     

    Peel mangoes

     

    cube them

     

    take them in blender

     

    puree them

     

    Heat water in a saucepan

     

    add in tea

     

    bring it to boil

     

    add sugar

     

    mix well

     

    remove it from stove

     

    add in lemon juice

     

    mix well

     

    Place a strainer over a jug

     

    strain the tea

     

    all strained

     

    now the tea decotion is done
    chill it
    add in mango puree
    mix well, chill it till use
    Now take serving glasses
    pour some mango syrup in it
    you can adjust the amount as per you wish
    put some ice cubes
    pour some cold water
    done
    mix it up
    serve
    enjoy
