Makes: 10 roti
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour / Atta – 1 cup
Wheat Bran – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Warm Water as needed
Oil or Ghee for making roti
Method:
Take wheat flour, bran and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add warm water and knead to a soft dough.
Now set aside so the dough can rest for 15 mins. Divide it into equal balls.
Now roll the dough into a roti.
Place the roti on a hot pan, cook both sides till done.
Serve with drizzle of ghee.
