Few weeks back we went to our favourite veg restaurant, usually i dont order soup there. But this time i thought of trying their tomato soup..I ordered and enjoyed it..This made me realize that i haven't posted tomato soup recipe in my blog.
Chicken Clear Soup
Veg Milk Soup
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Drumstick Leaves Soup
Chicken Meatball Soup
Country Chicken Soup
So the next day itself, i made my soup, clicked it and enjoyed it to the core. Some people add cream in their tomato soup. But i dont usually add. Soups are meant to be healthy, so i dont want to make it unhealthy with the addition of cream. But i like to add a touch of butter in my soup. Because it gives nice flavour to the soup.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turned out for you..
