Sada Uthappam Recipe / Uthappam Recipe / Oothappam Recipe


This is one of the simplest recipe you can ever make. It is plain uthappam but taste so delicious with the pav bhaji masala and coriander leaves sprinkled over it. Taste great with green chutney. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 mins per dosa
Serves : 4

Ingredients:

Idli Dosa Batter as needed (recipe here)

Pav Bhaji Masala or Garam Masala as needed
Coriander leaves as needed chopped finely
Oil or Ghee for making dosa

Method:


Heat a tawa, spoon dosa batter over it, spread it pretty thick.


Sprinkle with pav bhaji masala or garam masala powder.


Sprinkle with coriander leaves.


Drizzle oil around the dosa. Cook till the bottom is golden, flip over and cook.


Serve.
