    This is one of the simplest recipe you can ever make. It is plain uthappam but taste so delicious with the pav bhaji masala and coriander leaves sprinkled over it. Taste great with green chutney. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

    Ingredients for Sada Uthappam

    • Idli Dosa Batter as needed (recipe here)
    • Pav Bhaji Masala or Garam Masala as needed
    • Coriander leaves as needed chopped finely
    • Oil or Ghee for making dosa
     

    How to Make Sada Uthappam

    1. Heat a tawa, spoon dosa batter over it, spread it pretty thick.
    2. Sprinkle with pav bhaji masala or garam masala powder.
    3. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
    4. Drizzle oil around the dosa. Cook till the bottom is golden, flip over and cook.
    5. Serve.

    Take your ingredients

     

    You need some idli dosa batter..Recipe here

     

    Take some dosa batter

     

    Pour it on hot tawa

     

    Spread it

     

    Spread dosa batter on hot tawa

     

    drizzle oil around the sides

     

    sprinkle with some garam masala powder or pav bhaji masala..
    I used pav bhaji masala powder 

     

    sprinkle with some chopped coriander leaves

     

    flip over and cook

     

    serve
