- Milk - 1 cup
- Sugar to taste (optional)
- Gulkand / Rose Preserve - 1 tsp
- Take milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
- Take gulkand in a cup, add little boiled milk and mix well.
- Add remaining milk and mix well.
- Serve hot.
