    Chocolate Peda Recipe / Chocolate Milk Peda Recipe

    Making pedas can be pretty easy. It can be made in minutes. When i shared my real milk pedas, which is so time consuming, i decided to try my hands on this instant version too. First i decided to make a chocolate peda and loved it so much. I made a kesar peda too. Will share it soon..But i am telling you, this pedas never came close to my real milk pedas. Those were delicious.

    This pedas are so easy to make, takes only few minutes to make and it is so delicious..Loved it to the core..So i hope you will try this out and let me know how it turned out for you..

    Preparation Time : 2 mins
    Cooking Time : 5 mins
    Makes : 12 to 15 pedas


    Ingredients:

    Condensed Milk / Milk maid - ½ can
    Milk Powder - 1 cup
    Ghee - 1 tsp
    Cocoa Powder - 1 tblspn
    Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
    Pista - few chopped finely


    Method:

    Take everything except ghee in a non stick pan, heat gently till it is melted and starts leaving the sides. It will take 3 to 4 mins.

    Add in ghee and mix well.

    Once it leaves the sides. take it in a bowl and let it cool.

    Now take a small portion in a greased hands and shape into balls. Flatten it, make a hole in the center and place some chopped pista.

    Let it set for few hours.

    Serve.

    chop some pistachios

    sprinkle it in the center

    Let it set for few hours, then serve
