Dahi kadhi is one of the simplest recipe you could make, it need just a handful of ingredients and taste yummy with plain cooked rice. I have made kadhi pakora before and it is a super hit at home..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Thick Yogurt / Curd - 1.5 cup
Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu - 2.5 tblspn
Water - 1 to 2 cups
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tblspn
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tblspn finely chopped
Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
Green Chilli - 2 to 3 slit
Salt to taste
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped
Sugar - ½ tsp or to taste
Take yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder in a bowl and whisk well till smooth.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and let it sizzle.
Add in ginger and saute for a min.
Add in onions, chillies and saute till golden.
Add in the besan mix and some water.
Keep whisking and bring it to a boil. Once it boils, cook on a high heat for 4 to 5 mins.
Now add in salt and mix well.
Take it off the heat and add in chilli powder and coriander leaves and little sugar. Mix well.
Serve with rice.
