Since there is so many little kids over there, i decided to make a muffin. Sadly i ran out of most of the ingredients..So i decided to make this quick muffin using the available stuffs and guess what it was so delicious..

It turned out to be so soft and moist with full of chocolate flavour. The tutti fruity added in this gave a nice chewy taste to it.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Baking Time : 18 to 20 mins
    Makes : 12 muffins

    Ingredients:

    All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ¼ cup / 150 grams
    Cornflour - 3 tblspn
    Cocoa Powder - ¼ cup / 30 grams
    Baking Powder - 1 tsp
    Baking Soda - ½ tsp
    Sugar - ¾ cup / 150 grams
    Yogurt / Curd - 1 cup / 240 ml
    Oil - ½ cup / 120 ml
    Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
    Tutti frutti - ½ cup

(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

    Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake wrappers. Set aside.

Take all purpose flour, cornflour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and mix well. Set aside.

Take few spoons from this mix and toss with tutti fruiti so the tutti fruity dont sink to the bottom of muffins.

Now take yogurt, sugar, oil, vanilla in a bowl and mix well till sugar melts.

Now add the flour mix and tutti fruity mix in this and fold gently.

Use a icecream scoop to fill cupcake wrappers. Top with more tutti fruity if needed.

Bake for 18 to 20 mins.

Remove it and cool it down.

    Serve.
