Dry Fish Thokku Recipe | Karuvadu Thokku Recipe | Dry Fish Recipes

This is a simple recipe which you can make with dry fish. The tangy and spicy masala goes really well with the dry fish and taste amazing.

    What is Dry fish?

Drying fish is a way to preserve fish to store for a longer period of time. Fish pieces are cleaned, scaled and coated in a generous amount of salt and turmeric. The fish is dried under sun for several days till it is completely dry and shrunk in size.

It is dried by spreading in mat or tied with a thread and hung dry under sun.
