This pulav i made for todays lunch, i couldn't wait to share it with you. It is inspired from a meal which i ate when i was travelling, i had this with dal and butter chicken and it is the dinner which i had in flight. And i loved the flavours and combination of that. So i thought of making that for lunch today, i also made moong dal tadka to go with it. It will be shared in my next post.

This is pretty easy pulao, great to put in your kids lunch box. If you pre cook the chana the previous day itself, then you dont have to worry about anything. It can be made in minutes.

      Hi Aarthi

Can we add vegetables like carrot and beans along with this pulao? Do you think it would be nice with it? Wanted to try this for my kid to make him eat channa as he usually likes pulao.
