Easy Garlic & Chilli Fried Rice Recipe / Garlic Fried Rice Recipe

This has become my latest favourite fried rice, it is packed with a wonderful aroma of garlic and chillies and it taste just fantastic. You will get the aroma and bite of garlic in each mouthful.

If you have some leftover rice on hand, you can whip this up in minutes. A great recipe to put on lunch box and i am sure your kids will love it too. This is not that spicy because of the dry red chillies. And it is a great dish to make when you dont have much veggies on hand as well.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 5 to 10 mins
Serves : 2


Ingredients:


Basmati Rice – 2 cups cooked
Oil – 1 tblspn
Garlic – 4 fat cloves chopped finely
Dry Red Chillies – 4 broken into small pieces
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp or to taste
Vinegar – 1 tsp or to taste
Spring Onions a handful finely chopped

Method:

Heat oil in a pan or a wok.

Add in garlic and dry red chillies. Saute for a min.

Add in the salt and sugar mix well.

Add in rice and toss well in the oil.

Add little soy sauce and vinegar. Toss well on high heat.

Now add in spring onions and mix well.

Serve.

Take all your ingredients
You will be needing some dry red chillies and garlic
You need some cooked basmati rice as well
Heat oil in  a pan
Add in garlic
dry red chillies
saute till golden
add in salt and sugar
mix well
Add in the rice
toss well in the oil
add in soy sauce
vinegar
and fry them for few secs
add in spring onions
and mix well
serve

    @Anonymousyes u can make. but try to use soy sauce as it gives nice taste
