Ingredients for Garlic & Chilli Fried Rice

    • Basmati Rice - 2 cups cooked
    • Oil - 1 tbsp
    • Garlic - 4 fat cloves chopped finely
    • Dry Red Chillies - 4 broken into small pieces
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - ½ tsp
    • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp or to taste
    • Vinegar - 1 tsp or to taste
    • Spring Onions a handful finely chopped

If you have some leftover rice on hand, you can whip this up in minutes. A great recipe to put on lunch box and i am sure your kids will love it too. This is not that spicy because of the dry red chillies. And it is a great dish to make when you don't have much veggies on hand as well.
