Egg Sambal
This is one of the Easy Peasy Recipe…It hardly took me 10 min to make apart from the cooking time of the eggs..This is a easy egg preparation that is cooked in a simple sambal paste..This is one of the simple Malaysian style egg dish.. .

Ingrediants:
Egg-5
Onion-1 sliced into rounds
Oil-2 tblspn
Sugar-1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Sambal:
Dry Red chilli-4 soaked in water
Shallots / Sambar Onion-5
Garlic-5 cloves
Ginger-1 inch piece
Tamarind juice-1 tblspn
Method:
Grind all the ingrediants for the sambal to a smooth paste.
In a wok heat oil,Add in the sambal paste and cook till oil separates.Season with salt and sugar.Add in tamarind juice and cook for 3 min.
Add in sliced onion and toss well for 2 min.
Now add in the eggs and mix till well coated.
Serve with rice.
Pictorial:
Grab your ingrediants
Grind shallots, red chilli paste, garlic, ginger to a fine paste
Heat oil and add in the paste..
add in tamarind juice (i used readymade paste, you could use fresh tamarind juice)
Season with salt and sugar

Throw in the eggs
mix well
SERVE
