    Milo Biscuit Bar is very easy recipe. Literally this needs 2 minutes to mixing. If you have leftover biscuits then add them in a blender and crush them along with some malted chocolate drink powder and make this delicious dessert. This is a awesome recipe for kids to try.

    All you need is some biscuits, malted chocolate powder, milk, butter, nuts, chocolate chips. You can use any biscuits as you like.

    Biscuits of choice,

    • Digestive biscuits
    • Marie gold (you might need to add more sugar)
    • Milk Bikis
    • Chocolate chips biscuits
    • Ginger biscuits

    If you don't have chocolate drink powder. You can easily substitute with 3 to 4 tbsp of cocoa powder and increase sugar amount to ¼ cup.

    How to Make Milo Biscuit Bars at Home

    • Take biscuits, milo, sugar in a blender and powder.
    • Take milk, butter in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
    • Now add in the powdered biscuits, nuts and mix well.
    • Finally add in chocolate chips and mix well.
    • Spoon this into a parchment lined pan, spread evenly.
    • Leave this in fridge for 30 minutes to set.
    • Cut it into pieces and serve.

    • You can use any chopped nuts as you like. You can skip adding nuts too.
    • Instead of crushing biscuits in a blender use a rolling pin and a ziploc bag to crush them coarsely.
    • You can add chopped up chocolate instead of chocolate chips.
    • Any biscuits can be used.
    • You can use ghee instead of butter.
    • Instead of milo, bournvita, boost or any chocolate drink powdered can be added.
    • If you like to use cocoa powder instead of chocolate drink powder, increase the sugar amount accordingly.

    STORAGE

    • You can store this at room temperature for 2 days.
    • Store in fridge for a week or more.
