Fresh Strawberry Popsicles Recipe

Popsicles are so cute to make. You can make them using any fruit juice as you like..They are great for summers..Kids and Adults love it plus is it so healthy. I have couple of popsicle recipe in my blog, will share many more too..

I made this strawberry popsicles few days back and everyone loved it. This recipe is so easy, you need few ingredients, add it to blender, puree, fill moulds and freeze..After few hours it is ready to dig in..
Hope you will try it out and let me know how it turned out for you..
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Freezing Time : Overnight
Makes : 8 to 10 popsicles

Ingredients:
Strawberries – 2 cups
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice – 1 tblspn

Method:
Take all ingredients in a blender and make it into a fine puree.
Pour this into popsicle mould and freeze overnight.
For demoulding, run tap water over the popsicle mould for few seconds. Unmould carefully. 
Serve immediately.

Take all your ingredients

Take strawberries in a blender

Add sugar to it

add some lemon juice

make it into a smooth puree

Add some water

puree again

Now pour this into a jug for easy filling of popsicle moulds

Now time to fill

Take your popsicle moulds

slowly pour the mix in

leave a little space on top of the popsicle mould, 
because when freezing they will expand slightly

pop the lid 

time to freeze

I let it freeze overnight

When frozen, remove it out

run it in tap water for few seconds

unmould slowly

    recipe looks so good.,I dont have popsicle mould can u let me know any other alternativee..
    and please post baking recipes without OTG or microwave..

    @AnonymousUse small cups, pour mix in and freeze, when half frozen insert icecream stick inside and freeze till comepltely frozen
