Hi Aarthi,
I tried this recipe. The flavor was great, only problem was that the potatoes were almost raw even after I had baked them for the mentioned time. I use a LG microwave oven and did this recipe in conventional mode. What could I have done wrongly. Should this be done in grill mode or conventional mode? Thanks in advance.
Aarthi
it depends on each oven and also the size of your potatoes. if you find the potatoes raw just cook it longer.

Thanks Aarthi... Could you please let me know if this recipe should be cooked in microwave or conventional mode in an oven?
Aarthi
It has to be cooked in convection mode
Priya
Thank you
