The idea for this recipe came last week when mom made bajji using a packet of store bought bajji bonda mix. Till that day i have never bought that before. Immediately i decided to make my very own bajji bonda mix and have it handy, so whenever i want to make bajji or bonda, i dont have to take so many ingredients. Normally we add fresh ginger garlic paste in our bajji batter as it prevents gastric problem. So i added a little ginger and garlic powder in the mix so it gives nice aroma to the batter. I used this to make a delicious and simple egg bonda and served it with rasam rice..I hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
