Hot Garlic Fried Rice Recipe – Fiery Chilli Garlic Fried Rice Recipe

This is one quick fried rice you can make with garlic and chillies. It is a bit fiery but taste so delicious. You can serve it as it is or as a side for any gravy.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serves: 3 to 4

Ingredients:

Cooked Basmati Rice – 4 cups (Refer this post for cooking rice)
Oil – 2 tblspn
Garlic – 2 tblspn chopped finely
Dry Red Chilli – 2 to 3
Onion – 1 medium size sliced thinly
Green Chilli – 1 chopped 
Capsicum / Bell Peppers – 1 sliced thinly
Chilli Garlic Paste – 2 tblspn (Recipe here)
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Soy Sauce – 2 tsp or to taste
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Spring Onion a handful finely chopped

Method:

Heat oil in a work, Add in garlic and red chilles and fry for a min.

Add in onions and chillies and saute for a min. Add in salt and sugar and mix well. 

Now add in capsicum and mix well.

Now add in chilli garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.

Add in rice and toss well.

Add in spring onions and mix well.

Serve.
