Aarthi, i tried making milk cake..but is 3 eggs a little excess for 1 cup flour?? The cake had that egg flavour pretty too much
Nishtha
Same here . With 3 eggs cake batter was thin could not add half cup milk .
Reshma
1 cup flour how much gram??
Aarthi
120 grams
JS
So, we don't need oil or butter for this recipe? Just wanted to confirm.
Aarthi
You dont need oil
Geetz
According to ayurveda principles, milk should never be mixed up with eggs, meat or fish, in fact milk should be cooked and had on its own. I would suggest a plant based milk alternative, eg., almond.

Inside of the cake came out nice it was soft but the outer side became very sticky and gooey texture why is that so.. ?
Aarthi
I think u might need to bake a little longer. or may be the sugar is not disolved properly
Ishwarya
Can we repace wheat flour instead of maida.. Will it work well??
