    Ingredients
      

    • Eggs - 3
    • Sugar - 1 cup
    • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
    • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt a pinch
    • Hot Milk - ½ cup

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line ccaaaa and set aside.
    • Take eggs in a bowl and beat till creamy and fluffy.
    • Add in sugar little by little and beat again.
    • Add vanilla and mix well.
    • Add in flour, salt, baking powder and fold gently.
    • Add in hot milk and fold gently.
    • Spoon it into pan and bake for 30 to 40 mins.
    • Remove and cool completely. Slice and serve.
    • Serve.

      Aarthi, i tried making milk cake..but is 3 eggs a little excess for 1 cup flour?? The cake had that egg flavour pretty too much

      Same here . With 3 eggs cake batter was thin could not add half cup milk .

      According to ayurveda principles, milk should never be mixed up with eggs, meat or fish, in fact milk should be cooked and had on its own. I would suggest a plant based milk alternative, eg., almond.

      Cake had that egg flavour pretty much....cake was not soft and moist as you described...Not satisfied...guys pls dont give it a try...waste of time and ingredients....

      Pls put the measurements in grams ...because 1 cup measures 250gms ....in comments ur are noting it as 120 gms ...I messed up totally with cups....its been a big mess.so pls put everything in grams

      Inside of the cake came out nice it was soft but the outer side became very sticky and gooey texture why is that so.. ?

        I think u might need to bake a little longer. or may be the sugar is not disolved properly
