    Chocolate Custard Pudding

Custard or pudding is many of us favorite..A silky smooth delicate melt in mouth pudding..So good cold, but some like it warm too..I have quite a lot of pudding recipes in my blog. And this is my latest addition. It is a chocolate version and is delicious..

    • Eggs - 3
    • Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
    • Sugar - 6 tbsp powdered
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp

This is quite an easy pudding, but it has egg in it. It is best served cold and the addition of cocoa powder and vanilla essence takes away the egg smell from this and make it taste wonderful..

Hi, i tried this recipe.. I cooked it for 8 mins. but it was little hard.. what could have gone wrong? I did not overcook as i felt it was watery . once its done i switched off. mine is 800W oven. Also measurement is same as written here.
