Ingredients:
Spinach / Palak – 3 cups chopped roughly
Wheat Flour / Atta – 2 cups + more for rolling
Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves peeled
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tblspn
Water – 1/2 cup
Method:
Take spinach, garlic, water in a sauce pan and cook till it is wilted and the water has dried up.
Cool this and take this in a blender and puree it.
Take wheat flour, salt, spinach puree and oil in a bowl and mix well.
Slowly add water as needed and knead to a soft dough.
Now apply oil over the dough and let it rest for 30 mins.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it thinly.
Cook it on both sides on a hot tawa and serve

take one and flatten it little |
roll it thinly |
place over hot tawa |
once it starts to cook |
flip over |
press using a spatula |
look how puffy it is |
remove it and stack in a foil lined bowl |
Now it is filled |
Serve |
