    Palak Paratha Recipe

    This is one recipe which i make very often, since it is easy and very very healthy. It is nothing but a normal chapati dough which is kneaded with cooked spinach puree. It is great for kids who don't eat spinach. Will share the other vegetable chapati version soon.

    Ingredients for Palak Paratha Recipe (Spinach Chapati Recipe)

    • Spinach / Palak - 3 cups chopped roughly
    • Wheat Flour / Atta - 2 cups + more for rolling
    • Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves peeled
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil - 1 tbsp
    • Water - ½ cup

    How to Make Palak Paratha Recipe (Spinach Chapati Recipe)

    1. Take spinach, garlic, water in a sauce pan and cook till it is wilted and the water has dried up.
    2. Cool this and take this in a blender and puree it.
    3. Take wheat flour, salt, spinach puree and oil in a bowl and mix well.
    4. Slowly add water as needed and knead to a soft dough.
    5. Now apply oil over the dough and let it rest for 30 mins.
    6. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it thinly.
    7. Cook it on both sides on a hot tawa and serve.

    Take your ingredients

    start by cooking the spinach,,Take spinach in a sauce pan

    add few garlic cloves

    pour in little water

    cook till the spinach is wilted and water is evaporated

    cool it and take it in a blender

    puree smoothly

    take wheat flour in a bowl
