Mumbai Tawa Pulao Recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is a popular Mumbai street foods and can be packed into kids lunchbox with raita.

    Mumbai Tawa Pulao

This recipe is a popular street food in Mumbai...This recipe calls for only one spice powder that is Pav Bhaji masala. I used my homemade pav bhaji masala, you can use store bought as well.

This recipe gets all its flavour from two ingredients, pav bhaji masala and chilli garlic paste. Chilli garlic paste can be frozen for more than 6 months. So make them, store it in freezer and use them whenever you need them. Other than those, this recipe is pretty easy to make.

@Pushpa Kannanno it is because of lighting in my camera. You will get that colour from the red chilli paste.
