Salt to taste
Nacho Crisp or Corn Chips for serving

Method:

Heat butter in a pan, add in flour and mix well cook till raw smell leaves from it.

Add in milk and whisk well so no lumps are formed. Now cook this till the sauce thickens lightly.

Add in chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Cook this for a min or so.

Now add in cheese and mix well, the cheese will melt down slowly.

Keep mixing till it gets smooth and silky. Add salt to taste.

Pour into small bowls and serve with chips.
