No Knead Bread Recipe with Step by Step Pictures. No knead rustic bread taste amazing with some soup or salad.

I wanted to bake a sour dough bread for a long time. Sour dough bread can be little tricky. So i wanted to start with a basic bread which is similar to sour dough without sour. It is a rustic bread which is made in a dutch oven.

I came across this bread recipe in youtube and tried it immediately. The bread hardly takes 5 mins to put together. All you need in this bread is time. It needs just time. You make this before going to bread and the next morning you bake it. You have bread for breakfast.

    About No Knead Bread

Bread baker Jim Lahey invented no-knead bread, which became popular after Mark Bittman published the recipe in the New York Times roughly ten years ago. This is about the most basic type of bread you can prepare. Simply combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, set aside to allow the yeast to do its work, and bake. But its not only a bread for novices; those of us who bake on a regular basis also enjoy it. This bread has a terrific flavour because to the long rise, and the baking procedure gives it a crunchy crust. This dish is so popular because it provides artisan quality with very little effort.

You can use this bread to serve with some soup. You can make sandwiches using this. Or make some crispy croutons.

Ingredients for No Knead Bread Recipe:

All Purpose Flour: all-purpose flour contains more protein, it gives the crumb a more chewy, fluffy feel, similar to bakery Artisan bread, and it keeps the bread fresher for longer.

Dry Yeast : If you are using the active dry yeast make sure to activate it first before proceeding with the recipe. You can use either instant or active dry yeast, but I recommend instant yeast (also known as rapid rise or quick rise yeast). The bread will rise more quickly.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
