This is one recipe which i wanted to try for a very very long time. Finally i made it yesterday and it turned out delicious i cannot wait to share it. It is pretty simple recipe to make. You just need a handful of ingredients and few herbs for this..I have shared a simple garlic bread stick recipe in this blog too..This is a stuffed version..

Similar Recipes,

Real Dominos Cheese Burst Pizza
Oregano Seasoning Mix
Basic Cheese Sauce

The main ingredients for this the oregano seasoning mix, you can either use the one which comes with the dominos pizza or make your own as i did. You just need few herbs, i always have a good supply of those dried herbs..And the dough has to be perfect. I have given measurements for the dough, so follow it and make it..
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Rising Time : 1 hour
Baking Time : 15 mins
Makes : 2 bread

Ingredients:

Oregano Seasoning as needed (RECIPE HERE)
Butter or Oil as needed

For Dough:
Warm Water – 1 cup

Dry Yeast – 1.5 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 cup + extra
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 7 to 8 cloves crushed
Oregano Seasoning – 1.5 tblspn  (RECIPE HERE)
Olive Oil – 2 tblspn

For Garlic Butter:
Butter – 4 tblspn
Garlic – 6 fat cloves crushed

For Filling:
Sweet Corn Kernels – 1 cup (i used frozen)
Pickled Peppers – 2 tblspn (Recipe here)
Mozzarella Cheese – 2 to 3 cup grated

Method:

Take warm water, yeast, sugar in a bowl and set aside for 5 mins till the yeast it bubbly and activated.

Now add in flour, salt, garlic and mix well. It will form into a sticky dough.

Add in oil and knead well. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for a hour till it is doubled in size.

Now add oregano seasoning and fold well. Add more flour and knead to a soft dough.

Take butter in a bowl, add in garlic into it and mix well. This is your garlic spread.

At this point Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with foil and butter or oil it well. Set aside.

Now divide the dough into two portion and roll one into  thick circle. Spread the garlic butter over it, sprinkle sweet corn, peppers and cheese over it. Fold it over and seal the edges.

Now take the tray and sprinkle it with some oregano seasoning.

Place the garlic bread over it and use a pizza cutter to cut into sticks.

Now brush the top with oil or butter and sprinkle with some more seasoning.

Bake this for 10 mins in 180 degree C. Now increase the heat to 220 Degree C and bake for 5 mins this till give nice colour to the bread.

Remove it and brush with some more butter if needed.

Serve with cheesesauce.

    Hi Aarthi,

I have followed closely the measure and steps but my dough could not raise to double the size even after more than 2 hours. Very sticky and the garlic smell is strong. Do not not what had gone wrong. Is one cup of warm water too much?

@WeeCk i think ur yeast is not activated, hence it didn;t rise..you must add yeast to warm water..if u add it to cold water. it wont rise

@Janane Prabhuit may be because of your oven. each oven will vary. if you want to get colour on top. after the bread is baked, brush the top iwth some oil and grill for a min till it gets nice colour. dont grill more than 1 to 2 mins else it will get hard

    Hi Arthi,

Tried and "Tasted" your recipe… It was Awsome.. take a bow..
However, i added some fresh chopped basil leaves, mushrooms (marinated in butter n oregano for 15 mins) and Babycorns, chillis (soaked in white Vinegar) and the result was satisfying..

    Thank you sharing your secret..

    Hi aarthi,
I tried making this recipe today.I had a lil problem with it.i found the bread to be too garlicky..i didn't get d taste of corn or pepper. And the top portion of bread didn't have the nice golden brown colour that your bread had. I had followed same oven timings n temperature as mentioned.
Hope you will tell me where I went wrong.

HI,i tried this recipe.. Yeast was activated and dough doubled. everything was fine as per recipe. But it did not get baked or golden brown by 15 minutes. i have to keep it for around 25 mins. After that when i tasted it was soft but not fluffy. What went wrong? i used kwality's active dry yeast.

Hai Shwetha. You have over baked it. It varies upon each oven. Once 15 mins is over if it didn't get colour. You can put it under grill for just 30 to 45 seconds
