    Paneer Pasanda Recipe

    Paneer pasanda with step by step pictures. Paneer stuffed with raisins, dried fruits and nuts pan fried and cooked in tomato sauce.

    Restaurant Style Paneer Pasanda 

    This is another one rich paneer dish to try out asap. The paneer pieces is stuffed with lots of nuts and raisins so that each bite is a mystery. I recommend you to give it a try.

    Ingredients for Paneer Pasanda

    Paneer

    Badam / Almonds 

    Onion 

    Tomato 

    Yoghurt

    Paneer Pasanda Preparation

    • Take the paneer and cut into diagonal and slit in the middle. Mix cornflour with water and set aside.
    • Mix grated paneer,almonds,green chilli,cilantro, raisins, salt together. Stuff this in the middle of the paneer pieces and dip it in cornflour paste and fry in oil till golden. Drain this and set aside.
    • Now make the sauce. Heat oil in a frying pan. Crackle some cumin seeds..
    • Add in onion and cook till golden. ginger garlic paste and mix well.
    • Add in chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
    • Pour in the tomato puree and cook till oil separates. Add in yoghurt and mix well.
    • Pour in required amount of water and mix well. Now pour in cream and mix well.
    • Season with salt. Add in cornflour slurry and mix well. 
    • Now add in the paneer pieces and switch of the flame.
    • Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Ingredients
      

    • For Paneer:
    • Paneer -1 packet
    • Paneer -1 tbsp grated
    • Green chilli -1 chopped finely
    • Badam / Almonds - 1 tbsp finely chopped
    • Coriander leaves / Cilantro-1 tbsp chopped
    • Raisins - 1 tbsp chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • Cornstarch -2 tbsp
    • For Sauce:
    • Onion - 1 chopped finely
    • Tomato - 3 pureed
    • Yoghurt - 1 cup
    • Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
    • Cumin seeds / Jeera-1 tsp
    • Milk/Cream - ½ cup
    • Chilli powder-1 tsp
    • Coriander powder -1 tbsp
    • Garam masala powder-1 tsp
    • Cilantro/Coriander leaves-for garnishing
    • Cornflour slurry -1 tbsp 1 tsp of cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water
    • Oil - 1 tbsp

    Instructions

    Mix everything together and divide into equal portions
