It is made using dosa batter, vegetables like onions, capsicum and cheese. The pizza flavour is added through seasonings like oregano, pizza seasoning and basil.
How to Make Pizza Dosa
- Heat a pan, spread dosa batter. Now cover with a lid and simmer for 1 to 2 mins.
- Now spread sauce and top with veggies, seasoning and cheese. Cover and simmer for 2 mins.
- Now remove and serve.
Dosa pizza makes a healthy option for regular pizza since it needs only dosa batter. Also it is pretty easy and can be made instantly. The pizza base is dosa and topping are to your choice.
