Quick and fast paneer stir-fry which taste delicious on its own or as a filling inside wrap. This is too good and healthy.

How many of you like to cook dishes that take only few minutes to make, but taste as if you are slaving for hours..Then this is one of those dish..It is so fast to make, but you don’t have to sacrifice flavour for that..One of my reader named Niveditha requested me to do recipes using greens, so this is for her…I hope you will like it and let me know if you have any doubts.

Stir frying is a Chinese cooking technique in which ingredients are stirred or tossed in a wok while frying in a tiny amount of very hot oil. The practise started in China and has since spread throughout Asia and the Western world. In Western cooking terms, its analogous to sauteing. In a heated pan or wok, stir-frying is a quick way to prepare small portions of food. Stir-frying is not only quick and easy, but it is also healthful. It produces tender-crisp vegetables with more nutrients than boiled vegetables. Furthermore, because stir-frying only uses a tiny amount of oil, the fat content is modest.

Ingredients for Chinese paneer stir fry

Onion : Because of the rich flavour they provide to cooked vegetable and meat meals, onions are one of the most extensively utilised foods in cooking. The problem with frying onions is that not only does the texture alter, but it also releases sugar and juices, which gives the fat where you fried it a more taste.

Green Chilli  : you can use green chilli sauce instead of red chilli it tastes good and something different .

I made it yesterday. I thought 1 cup of paneer would make too little food, so I doubled the quantities right away 🙂 And I only had flavoured ketchup. I thought its taste would be too strong and overpower the other ingredients, so I only used 1 tbsp of ketchup and substituted tomato paste for the rest. It really is an awesome dish, quick but impressive.
