Aloo Paneer Kulcha made using potatoes, paneer stuffed inside atta dough and cooked till golden brown. This paratha taste so delicious and stays softer for a long time. Kulcha can be served with pickles and yogurt.
Aloo Paneer Kulcha Recipe
I made this dish for dinner yesterday and I gotta tell you this, It was so soft and just melts in your mouth. Since I added potatoes in the dough it was so soft, but this is entirely optional. I used paneer in the filling, but you could use tofu also.
This is a thick kind of paratha so you don’t have to use a rolling pin for rolling this, just press the dough with your hands. This is perfect for lunch box for kids, since they love paneer and potatoes. Please try this and let me know what you think.

Hi,
If im making this kulcha without paneer will it be good and can i follow the same method shown here?
Both for the dough making and for the filling we need potatoes?
Aarthi
@Aswathy You can make it with aloo alone..And you can skip adding potatoes to dough too..But adding potatoes to dough make it more softer
Aswathy
