Restaurant Style Shahi Paneer Recipe
Shahi means royal, a royal paneer dish with lots of cream, cashews, yogurt. It is pretty mild gravy which goes really well with rotis, specially naan.
About Shahi Paneer
Shahi paneer is an Indian subcontinent paneer delicacy made with a thick sauce of cream, tomatoes, and Indian spices. This meal is made by emulsifying tomatoes, onions, crushed cashews, clarified butter, and cream into a curry, then adding paneer
cubes and a variety of spices. It originated in Mughlai cuisine (thus the term shahi in allusion to the royal title of Shahanshah in Mughal India).
Shahi Paneer is indeed a very old and popular food of India.
I made it for yesterday since few guests visited us. And everyone loved it to the core.
Ingredients for Shahi paneer
Paneer :
It is well known that paneer is an excellent source of protein. Paneer is also high in magnesium, which helps to keep blood sugar levels in check. Paneer has a mild and creamy flavour. The flavour is comparable to that of other fresh cheeses.
Garam Masala Powder:
Warmth, sweetness, floral aromas, and a hint of spice from the black pepper are all added by garam masala. It's meant to be both a fragrant and savoury spice.
Cinnamon :
Cinnamon has a sweet and woody flavour with a subtle lemony touch, and its spicy flavour is often compared to cloves, strong punch. The only difference in flavour between ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks is the texture.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Hi Aarthi,
This is nice!!
Why dont you try appearing as a host for the Sun TV show - Kitchen Galatta, you have all the skills to take over the show. I see currently inefficient people hosting and compering all together!
If you have thought about it and received such compliments, please take action and it would be a hit for your profession!
I'am trying here in Australia to appear in the local channel.
Thank you,
Supra
