- Now increase the heat and cook till potatoes get golden brown.
- Now add in chilli powder and mix well.
- Serve.

Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes - 2 large peeled and cubed
- Oil - 3 tblspn
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
- Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves a sprig
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
