    Beetroot Pulao Recipe

I love making pulao. This is a really easy pulao to prepare and it makes a great lunch box for your kids.. This taste so yummy with some raita or any curries.

    About Beetroot Pulao

A pulao is a one-pot dish made with rice, vegetables, or protein and aromatics (onions, garlic, ginger, etc.), spices, and herbs. A pulao can be made in a variety of ways.

Pilaf, pulao, or Pilafi, which originated in Persia, is still thought to be derived from the Sanskrit word pulaka or Pulla ( meaning rice vegetables). Its thought to be an Indian dish that found its way back through Central Asia, according to researchers. The veg biryani recipe, on the other hand, is thought to have originated in Persia and then migrated to India with the Mughals. With this dish, the Mughals altered the Indian culinary history greatly, as they were supporters of exquisite cuisine.
