Cold Coffee Recipe made with coffee powder, milk, sugar with step by step pictures. This recipe is a perfect treat for all coffee lovers. I have shared two version of cold coffee, with ice cream and without ice cream.
Cold Coffee
This is for those people who love coffee..It was so good that I couldn’t stop with one cup..If you don’t have ice cream you could use fresh cream or do it without ice cream. But I recommend you to try this with ice cream. Please try this dish and let me know what you think.
Ingredients for Iced Coffee with Ice cream
- Instant Coffee powder - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Cold Milk - 3 cup
- Ice cream- 5 to 6 scoops
- Chocolate syrup as needed
- Hot water - 3 tbsp
How to Make Cold Coffee
- In a small bowl mix hot water with coffee powder, sugar and mix well.Let it cool down.
- In a mixer add a few spoons or more of this coffee mixture, then put in milk, ice cream and blend until creamy.
- Take a glass, drizzle with chocolate syrup to create a pattern.
- Pour this in a glass and you can add a scoop of ice cream over it and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Serve chilled.

Cold Coffee without Ice cream
This recipe for cold coffee doesn't have ice cream added. It has coffee, jaggery, ice cubes, cold milk which is blended together.
Ingredients for Iced Cold Coffee
- Cold Milk 1 cup
- Instant Coffee 1 tbsp
- Jaggery or Brown Sugar 3 to 4 tbsp
- Hot water 2 tbsp
- Ice cubes 1 cup
Cold Coffee Preparation
- Take coffee powder, jaggery in a bowl. Add hot water and mix well.
- Take cold milk, coffee mix, ice cubes in a blender jar and puree till frothy.
- Pour into serving glass and enjoy cold.

Hi there please tell me when I blend milk and coffee in a blender how much ice cream we put inside 3 scoops and how much milk is it 3 cups or we blend individually per glass thanks nb I love iced coffee

I just baught too... 5 star chocolate and boiled it with 1 teaspoon milk... it tasted great instead of chocolate.. syrupp it hink you can use that.. aarthi.. great recipe by the way

It really enhances the coffee-drinking experience when the chocolate drippings that coat the glass are more artistic. I don't know why, but it almost makes the coffee taste better.
