    Veg Balls Recipe

As soon as I watched this recipe in one of my favourite cooking show vahrehvah.com, I was really tempted to try it as soon as possible. I love anything which calls for garlic and freshly ground black pepper, These both gives an awesome flavour to the dishes which you make.

This is perfect as an appetizer or you could have it as a side dish for rice or roti, either way it is perfect. This is best had piping hot right from the stove. You could have it on a cold day so that it keeps you warm for a while.

I cooked this vegetable balls in the tawa which is really easy and quick to make. You could bake this is the oven as well..If you going to try it, First preheat the oven to 180°C and bake this for 30-35 mins until light golden and well seared. Then you can use it as mentioned.. I hope you are ready to give this a try and let me know how it turned out.
