Pineapple Sabja Drink Recipe



I wanted to make this for quite a long time. But somehow kept on forgetting it. Few weeks back, i saw half a pineapple lying in the fridge from my previous day pineapple ginger juice, so i thought of using that to try this one. I am glad that i tried it, because it turned out so yummy.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Resting Time : 15 mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Pineapples - 2 cups chopped
Sugar - 2 tblspn or to taste
Sabja - 1 tblspn
Water as needed

Method:

Take pineapple, sugar in  a blender and puree till smooth.

Pass it through a strainer.

Now add more water and sabja. Mix well. let it sit for 15 mins in fridge.

Serve cold.

Take a ripe pineapple


Cut it in half


Use a serrated knife to remove the skin





Cut it into chunks


take it in a blender


puree till smooth
Now strain this


You will get a thick pulp, add sugar if needed


add sabja in it


add water if needed, let it sit for 15 mins in fridge


now the sabja must be swollen


Serve
