Chilling Time : 1 to 2 hours
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
Black Tea – 1 tblspn
Water – 2 cup
Sugar – 6 tblspn or to taste
Lemon Juice – 2 tblspn or to taste
Ice Cubes as needed
Lemon Slices – for garnishing
Method:
Heat 2 cups of water in a sauce pan, bring it to a boil. Add in black tea and mix well.. Take it off the heat and let it sit for 10 mins,
Take sugar in a jug, Strain this over the sugar and mix well. Add in lemon juice and mix well, Chill this till cold.
Now take glass, fill with icecubes and pour the mix in. Mix well.
Add slices of lemon in it and mix well.
Serve.
Bring water to a boil |
Add in tea and mix well |
Let it sit for 10 mins |
Take sugar in a bowl |
Place a sieve over it |
Strain the tea |
Mix well |
Now it is done |
Add in lemon juice |
Mix well..Chill this in fridge for few hours |
Take serving glass |
Fill with ice cubes |
Pour iced tea over it |
Mix well |
Place lemon slices over it |
Enjoy cold.. |
