Hi Aarthi, pls help me out..i tried this recipe today. The only change i made is the use of sugar instead of honey. I just baked it at 200 degrees for 30 mins and then the crust felt too hard. so i didn't do the second round of baking. the crust was really thick and hard and the inside was a bit crumbly. Pls give me suggestions to improve.
Aarthi
@Blue RoseU have over baked it, that is the problem.
Blue Rose
Hi dear, Thanks for your reply.. I want to try the recipe again. so should I reduce the baking time further (I only baked it 30 mins while the recipe suggested baking for 30+20 mins) or should i reduce the temperature?
Aarthi
@Blue Rosereduce the baking time.

Is the bread dense,heavy or soft?
Aarthi
@ayeshait is little heavy, but still it is soft
RUCHI
My yeast is not fermented please help me out 🙁
Aarthi
@RUCHIif u add too hot water then it will kill the yeast. Adding cold water also wont activate the yeast. You have to use luke warm water.
