Baked Beans on Toast – Indian Style

This recipe may be new for many. It is made using a can of baked beans. I like to have a can on hand for all those busy days. It is very helpful and taste pretty amazing too.

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves: 3 to 4


Ingredients:

Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce – 1 can
Onion finely chopped as needed
Green Chillies finely chopped as needed
Coriander leaves finely chopped as needed
Cheese grated as needed
Bread Slices as needed





Method:

Preheat oven to 220 degree C. Take bread slices in a baking pan. Pop it in oven and toast for 5 to 6 mins till it is nicely toasted.

Take it out, spoon some baked beans on top. Sprinkle over onions, chillies and cheese. Pop it in oven and bake for 2 to 3 mins till the cheese is melted.

Now top with coriander leaves and serve.

I like to use this baked beans, you can use your favourite
open a can
take some bread slices in a baking tray
toast it in oven till golden
spoon some baked beans on them
top with chopped onions and green chillies
top with cheese
bake till done
Serve with some coriander leaves on top
