Baked Bread Egg Cups Recipe – Kids & Toddler Recipe with Step wise pictures.

Toddler Recipes, Kids Recipes are the most requested recipe in this blog.  So far i have shared so many recipes on this blog and i am sure you must have tried for your little one. Because all the recipe which i shared on this blog is approved by my little one and i am sure your kids would have loved it too, since maha is the pickiest eater so far, she happily eats idli, dosa and dal rice. Popcorn chicken and French fries is one of her all time favorite. Other than these it is really hard to make her eat anything else.

These egg cups is delicious and it has a perfect balance of protein, calcium and carb. This is great to make for kids during summer time. These bread cups are so easy to make, you can make this and put in your kids lunch box. They can grab and eat it without any mess.

The pasta sauce and cheese underneath the eggs adds nice taste to the cups.

Baked Bread Egg Cups Recipe - Kids Special Recipe

A delicious bread egg cups which has gooey cheese and a tangy tomato sauce inside it. This is perfect to put in your kids lunch box.

Ingredients

  • Bread Slices - 4
  • Eggs - 4
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup
  • Tomato Sauce or Pizza Sauce - as needed
  • Italian Seasoning to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degree c. Grease a muffin mould with oil and set aside.
  • Take your bread slices and cut it into pieces. Place a square piece in the bottom of the muffin mould. Place the other bread slices around the edges.
  • Spoon some tomato sauce, cheese and an egg inside it. Season with salt, pepper and italian seasoning.
  • Pop this in oven and bake for 10 to 12 mins.
  • Serve.

Notes

1)You can add any cheese in this or even skip the cheese.
2)You can add any chopped veggies in it as well.

Pictorial:

1)Preheat your oven to 200 degree C. Take bread slices, i am using whole wheat bread

2)Remove the crust off

3)Cut it into pieces like this

4)Take your muffin mould, grease it and place the square piece of bread inside it.

5)place the other bread around the edges

6)Spoon some pizza sauce or pasta sauce into it.

7)Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.

8)Crack open an egg inside it.

9)Sprinkle with some italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

10)Bake for 10 to 12 mins.

11)Serve.
