Breakfast Avocado Toast Recipe with step by step pictures . This is made with Avocado and Whole Wheat Bread.

    Avocado Toast

I love avocado for breakfast, straight out of the fridge, mash it sprinkle with some sugar and enjoy with a spoon..So smooth and cooling. My bestie nameeta(you know her from this post) send me a picture of this avocado toast which she made, it looked so yum, which inspired me to try it.

Couple days back i picked couple of fat ripe avocado from my grocery shop and tried it. I made a sweet and savoury ones for me and my hubby, i thought hubby wont be liking the salty ones, since he loves his avocado with a sprinkle of sugar. I would have preferred adding honey in my sweet ones, but i ran out of it. So i used sugar instead.

How can my mon bye a avacado in TamilNadu ? I get heaps here in OZ.. whats thetamil version of avacado?
It would be good Arthi, if you may want to mention the nutritional benefits of avacado to your readers along with your splendid receipe.

The vacado pulp mix can also be used along the baked beans, with ripe corns, cabbage leaves, fine cut onions and chopped tomatoes and chilli sauce - this is a Zambrero Mexican salad. Give it a try and let me know how it runs for youuuuu now!!!
