    Scrambled Eggs

    If you ask me what is the staple stuff which i keep in my fridge all time. The answer is Bread and Eggs. If i have both of these, i know i can whip up anything i want in any minute. 

    When i have no time on my hand to do any fancy breakfast. The first choice is to make some buttery toast and some buttery scrambled eggs or i will make some french toast or some toast with pouched eggs.

    About Scrambled Eggs Recipe

    Eggs and toast are a match made in food heaven, and they nutritionally complement each other well. It are high in protein and fat, while toast is high in complex carbohydrates.

    Eggs are a low-calorie protein and nutrient-dense food. Eating eggs may help with weight loss, especially if they are included in a calorie- controlled diet. According to research, eggs increase metabolic activity and feelings of fullness.

    Scrambled eggs are a nutritious dish. Eggs are high in protein, B vitamins, and vitamin D, as well as heart-healthy unsaturated fats. When you add butter, cream, cream cheese, or shredded cheese, the calories, cholesterol, and fat content rise.

    Eggs are very versatile ingredients to have around. You can play with it, but you don't end up in disaster. Because they taste great in all way. 

     

    Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs

    • Bread - 4 slices
    • Eggs - 4
    • Oil -  1tsp
    • Soft Butter - 2 tbsp + more for spreading on toast
    • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Chilli powder or Pepper to taste

    Bread :
    When bread is toasted, it undergoes a scientific process known as the Maillard reaction, which has been shown to make food taste much better.

    Egg :
    Raw eggs have a fairly bland flavour, but those who are more sensitive to them may find them overpowering. Because egg yolks are mostly fats, they have a buttery flavour, are very creamy, and have a smooth mouthfeel.

    How to make Scrambled Eggs

    1. Take a bowl. Add in salt and turmeric powder, pour a splash of water and mix well.
    2. Add in the eggs and beat it till fluffy.
    3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the eggs in and start scrambling.
    4. When the eggs starts to get runny, add the soft butter and mix well.
    5. Keep scrambling till it reaches your desired consistency.
    6. Now toast your bread in a toaster. Apply butter generously.
    7. Scoop some scrambled egg on top of the toasted bread and sprinkle with some salt and chilli powder.
    8. Enjoy hot.

    Breakfast Scrambled Eggs on Toast step by step picture

     
    Take all your ingredients
    take turmeric and water in a bowl
    add a pinch of salt
    add in eggs and beat them well
    I start by toasting the bread
    heat oil in a pan
    Pour the eggs in
    and start mixing
    once it gets to a runny consistency
    add your butter
    and keep mixing gently
    till you reach your desired consistency
    The toast must be ready now..
    Place the bread in the plate
    spread some butter
    spoon some scrambled eggs on top
    sprinkle with some chilli powder and some salt
    And dig in
    ENJOY
