If you ask me what is the staple stuff which i keep in my fridge all time. The answer is Bread and Eggs. If i have both of these, i know i can whip up anything i want in any minute.

When i have no time on my hand to do any fancy breakfast. The first choice is to make some buttery toast and some buttery scrambled eggs or i will make some french toast or some toast with pouched eggs.

Eggs are very versatile ingredients to have around. You can play with it, but you dont end up in disaster. Because they taste great in all way.
Preparation Time : 5 mins (includes toasting bread)
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serves – 2

Ingredients:

Bread – 4 slices
Eggs – 4
Oil –  1tsp
Soft Butter – 2 tblspn + more for spreading on toast

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder or Pepper to taste

Method:

Take a bowl. Add in salt and turmeric powder, pour a splash of water and mix well.

Add in the eggs and beat it till fluffy.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the eggs in and start scrambling.

When the eggs starts to get runny, add the soft butter and mix well.

Keep scrambling till it reaches your desired consistency.

Now toast your bread in a toaster. Apply butter generously.

Scoop some scrambled egg on top of the toasted bread and sprinkle with some salt and chilli powder.

Enjoy hot.

Pictorial:
Take all your ingredients
take turmeric and water in a bowl
add a pinch of salt
add in eggs and beat them well
I start by toasting the bread
heat oil in a pan
Pour the eggs in
and start mixing
once it gets to a runny consistency
add your butter
and keep mixing gently
till you reach your desired consistency
The toast must be ready now..
Place the bread in the plate
spread some butter
spoon some scrambled eggs on top
sprinkle with some chilli powder and some salt
And dig in
