Hai Guys..Its middle of the week and only two more days for weekend..I am feeling the tiredness already..I really want to take rest now but still have to wait for two more days…This weekend is going to be a long one for me…
So what do you need in the middle of a tiring weekend…… Something so quick and full of healthy vitamins and minerals which keep you going for the next two days..

So here I deliver Spinach which is combined with chickpeas…I know it is a fully nutritional meal..I made it entirely indian style because I am a Indian..
I am really too lazy to describe this dish so straightaway to the recipe…
Ingrediants:
Spinach-3 cups chopped
Chickpeas/Kondakadalai-1 cup cooked or 1 can drained
Onion-1 sliced
Tomato-2 chopped
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder / Malli podi-1 tblspn
Turmeric powder / Manjal podi-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Cumin seeds / Jeerakam-1 tsp
Oil-1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai and crackle some cumin seeds.
Add in onions and cook for 3 mins..Add in all the spice powders and mix well.
Throw in chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Season with some salt and mix well.
Add in spinach and mix well.Throw in chickpeas also..
Mix well.Pour in some water and cover and simmer for 5 -10 mins..
Serve it with roti or rice..
Pictorial:
These are your stuffs
Spice powders in closeup
Chop up your spinach and rinse well…
Crackle cumin seeds
add in onions
throw in all your spice powders
Add in tomatoes
Sprinkle some salt..
add your chopped spinach
and your chickpeas…
mix well
Pour in water…
bring that to boil and simmer for a while…
Done…
I know this looks yummy
I served it with Naan.(Recipe soon)
