    Badam Milk

    Ingredients for Badam Milk

    • Whole Milk - ½ liter + ½ cup
    • Almonds / Badam - 15 to 20
    • Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams or adjust
    • Saffron - a pinch
    • Cardamom Powder / Yelakai - 1 tsp

    Now coming back to today's recipe. It is a updated version of badam milk which i already have in this blog. We love to serve this for guest who drop in for a party or get together. This drink is a rich one, but taste so yummy and everyone love it..So try this out and let me know how it turned out for you.

    How to Make Badam Milk

    1. Pour hot water over badam and let it sit for a hour.
    2. After that peel em and take them in a blender with ½ cup of milk.
    3. Make them into a smooth puree. Set this aside till use,
    4. Take milk in a sauce pan and heat it up. Simmer the pan and let it simmer for 15 to 20 mins till it is reduced.
    5. Now add in badam paste and sugar mix well. Cook this for 10 mins or so.
    6. Now add in saffron, cardamom powder and mix well.
    7. Pour this into a jug and put it in the fridge or freezer for chill.
    8. Serve cold.

      @valar valaryes u can give, just add 3 to 4 almonds and a pinch of saffron.
