When i don't feel like eating anything heavy for lunch, i first thing i go for is some milkshakes. Because they are so filling and you never feel like you missed lunch. Over that time the first thing i search is bananas and apples. If i had bananas on hand i make this chocolate banana milkshake and this nutella banana milkshake.

Last week i had some apples on hand and i found some dates too. So i combined both of them and made this delicious shake. If you are in healthy mood or in diet, you can definitely skip the sugar and add few more dates. Because the dates will sweeten this shake. I hope you will try this and let me know how it turned out for you.

We have fruit shakes for breakfast every day. I think it's a great way to get the "5 portions of fruit and veggies a day", right? Yesterday I didn't have a lot of fresh fruit, apart from apples at home, so I made this shake. It's so thick and creamy, it felt almost like a dessert! I didn't add any sugar, I think the dates sweeten it perfectly.
