    Crispy Cashew Chicken

Cashew chicken which has crunchy little chicken pieces which is tossed in a light sauce. This dish has crispy cashew pieces and fiery chillies. Super delicious.

The chicken itself is delicious but it can be served along side with noodles or fried rice.

I served it with simple noodles stir fry.

Many thanks for your simple and easy recipes! It's my third from your site (after paneer popcorn and aloo paratha). They have all come out tasty despite me being a beginner cook and made happy my daughter who is half Indian. Usually I don't cook Indian meals as they have lots of ingredients and take time to prepare. Your recipes suite me as a working single mom very well, Happy to have found you 🙂 Thanks again!
