    Egg Noodles for Toddlers & Kids

    Maha just loves noodles so much, so i try to create dishes which looks like a noodles and guess what she absolutely loves it. This is my first version of it, will soon share many other recipe which i do for my little one. So keep checking it..

    This recipe is very easy to make and taste so yummy. If your kids love pasta, you can make a simple tomato sauce and toss this noodles in that sauce and give. They will love it for sure. Eggs are rich in protein, i try to give one egg for maha daily in some form. Somedays i make egg dosa, some days i make egg mini cups in which i add lots of veggies, will share that soon..Most of the day it is this noodles and maha will finish her plate in no time at all..

    Preparation Time : 2 min
    Cooking Time : 2 to 3 mins

    Ingredients:

    Egg - 1 or 2 
    Turmeric Powder - a pinch (optional)
    Salt to taste
    Butter as needed

    Method:

    Crack open egg in a bowl, add in salt and turmeric and whisk it well.

    Now heat butter in a nonstick pan, pour the egg mix in and swirl to coat the pan in a thin layer.

    Now lower the heat and cook till the top of the egg sets.

    Now remove it to a plate and roll it tightly.

    Now slice it thinly to resemble noodles.

    Serve to your kids..

      Great idea to feed kids eggs... My kids are very choosy and don't like eggs everyday... Hope they ll like this egg resembles noodles recipe..

      My twin boys are same age of Maha 🙂 2.6yrs.
      Please post more and more Toddlers recipes... Thanks....

      Hi, try to give naatu kozhi egg to maha....broiler eggs are not good...hormone induced chickens...sure, you will get in ngl
