This is one recipe which i was looking forward to make for quite a long time. It is from the pioneer woman's blog. I loved the simplicity of this recipe. It is so easy to make and the taste is so much rewarding. YUM YUM indeed.

Ingredients for Eggless Strawberry Oatmeal Bars
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¾ cup / 90 grams
- Instant Oats (Quick cooking) - ¾ cup / 65 grams
- Unsalted Butter - 100 grams
- Powdered Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
- Baking Powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - ¼ tsp
- Strawberry Jam - 1 cup or any jam (RECIPE HERE

I seriously have an addiction towards bars, they are so handy. portable, mini size and you don't feel so guilty that you have gulped a whole lot of it. It is perfect for sharing as well. When i made this i was so happy that i had my homemade strawberry jam to use for this, so i know it is double healthy..

How to Make Eggless Strawberry Oatmeal Bars
- Preheat oven to 170 degree C. Grease a 15 cm square baking tray with butter and set aside.
- Take flour, oats, baking powder, salt. butter in a bowl and use a fork or your hands to mix it well.
- Now transfer half of this mix into the tray and press it evenly,
- Spread jam all over it.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumbles all over the jam.
- Now bake this in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 mins.
- Let it cool completely.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup / 90 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida
- ¾ cup / 65 grams Instant Oats Quick cooking

Hi aarthi...one small clarity..if maida is 3/4 cup =90 gm..then oats are 3/4 cup =65 gms?... if ur 1 cup is 240 ml... then 3/4 cup will be 180 right?

@Deepai am not sure...it will make the bars little denser..you can use half flour and half wheat flour
